Yes. Say the maximum WL Limit is till 100. After that the system would show REGRET (Maximum Booking Status). Now when cancellation would start taking place, booking would again resume.
Hence Maximum Status is REGRET and Current Status is RLWL 16. (After Cancellations Status has come down to 16)
