but RDB jee, as dis iz 2moro's eve train, dese special quotas can b releasd on monday also na ... as it iz a working day ??

yes ho quotas might be released at the nth hour.But mostly for trains dep on mondays morning, its seen chart prepared by 1700 hrs on sundays except chennai prs charting.
