CSTM Rajdhani via BSL-BPL is almost 90% expected and god willing it should get announced in the coming budget,
If not then Goa Rajdhani can definitely be via KYN-BSL-BPL and yes a Rajdhani is needed and not an AC Express
Also if CR Rajdhani does not comes then HW AC Express is eligible for frequency increase to 4 Days,
But lets hope CR...

May b if all AC conversion goes as per plan, we will b in a position to see Mumbai CSTM Rajdhani being hauled by WAP 7 right from its inaugural run.

Dont know how much its gonna effect but still WCAM 2P's can manage the run upto IGP...

That's more shocking!!! Looks like CST has got trapped itself and will have to survive without WAPs
But there will b a way for sure..... may be they can try for underground rail from CST to kurla....
