Hi Folks,
I see that many people till date travel with printouts for e-tickets. I explained one of my friends about sms ticket when I saw him carrying printouts of his next journey.
##
Can we spread the word little more that SMS tickets are very much valid along with ID and we DO NOT NEED A PRINTOUT in case of e-tickets.

paying extra amount just for producing ticket would be a burden for some..so collecting extra money wont be a gud idea
make sms mandatory and no paper usage or may be some other ways we can think witht use of paper which wud act as proof of tkt
SMS mandatory also may not work as even these days there maybe a few people (say 10%) who travel without mobiles. OK, what about an incetive for people who use mobile tickets? IRCTC shares 50% of their booking charges with you
yeah that might work out..good indeed...but i am not sure who effective it wud be if implemented
