Hi Folks,
I see that many people till date travel with printouts for e-tickets. I explained one of my friends about sms ticket when I saw him carrying printouts of his next journey.

Can we spread the word little more that SMS tickets are very much valid along with ID and we DO NOT NEED A PRINTOUT in case of e-tickets.

One option to encourage paper less ticket is for IRCTC to give a choice while booking: Paper or SMS. Those opting for paper may be asked to pay Rs 10-25 more...
