For Golden Temple Mail the NZM-ASR stretch comes under Remote Location/RL Waitlist Quota.Where Tatkal has only one quota for the entire stretch that the difference.Thats why tatkal quota is more than normal quota allocation.Tatkal for NZM-ASR is same as BCT-ASR,you can verify it for your ref.
