Dear Rly Minister,
Hi! This is Maninder Singh from Phagwara Jn (punjab). I've to travel frequently to Chandigarh. As, there is no direct Rail link of the said-stations.There is only one train on that route from Amritsar to Chandigarh Super Exp(Earlier It was Duronto). As, this is a main station of Doaba Region(centre point of Banga,Nakodar,Goraya etc) and having all the major trains stoppage even of Shatabdis.. Hence Requesting you to give another halt of Phagwara to the said train may be for 1-2 minutes enabling us to travel with time saving,comfort and at the same time will help in increasing the railway more profit from the said train.

Mr. Maninder, thank you for the suggestion but let me tell you this is NOT the official govt site. This is a private site where we people like you discuss such issues. For implementation you need to give it in written to the authorities.
