As per my knowledge 06511/06512 YPR-JP-YPR Weekly GaribRath Spl is the only special train which is running from more than one year as SPECIAL in IR History... Why don't they make it permanent???
VSKP NED spl running since 3 years.
VSKP SNSI spl ran for more than 3 yrs and had been regularized few weeks ago.

hwh mys hwh special was regularised after 6 yrs of its off and on run as special...
