how to know the classification of stations of IR. is it dependent on revenue collected by a particular station? thanks in advance
No, not only that; number of trains handled, number of lines, number of trains halting, originating/terminating trains, pit lines, watering lines, mainline/loop line.. C&W works, loco maintenance, etc., all these factors combined together weigh in classification of stations.
Good wishes.
