AVAILABILITY OF RETIRING ROOM AND DORMITORIES

The vacancy positions are generally notified on a Notice Board otherwise it may be ascertained from the station Manager /In-Charge of Retiring Room.

Please Note
1. The maximum number of days allowed for stay is 2 days only.
2. The charges will be collected for the full day irrespective of period of stay.
3. In case of the Retiring Room is occupied for more than one day, the charge from the subsequent day will be 25% more for each day.
4. While vacating the room, please inform the In-Charge and hand over the keys.
5. Do not cause any inconvenience to the other occupants of Retiring Room and dormitories.
6. If any loss/damage to railway property is noticed during your occupation before vacating, you will be asked to compensate the loss/damage before vacating to room.
