Dear members/admin.
I have a friend who had reserved a ticket for 2 from cstm to mas.The status was WL .Later 1 got cnfm & other was still in WL.The booking done thru irctc.
The person did not get his refund back to his account who cud not travel.
What is the procedure to get the refund on WL ticket?

You'll have to file TDR. Read this to know how to. Select "Party partially travelled".
Have to file TDR.. go to irctc.. there will a option called file TDR.. use that and file it..
