Bhopal Shatabdi: chalti hai ek dum hawa ke mafik, speed aisi ke ruka de traffic - Varun

I just came across this letter published on the Indian Express, Madras Edition dated June 4, 1949. The letter talks about the pathetic condition of the Railways - which a passenger travelling from Mumbai to Ahmedabad Experiences. Great historical value this letter has. Also, don't you think nothing significant has changed even though it's been 64 years since this letter was published? :)
