No there was no proposal last budget-in August this train started after the Vasco-Velankanni special was stopped-and continuing from then
Yes you did have a splendid ride-I too had once in the regular 17313/14 except that Sanghamithra kept holding us till jTJ and TPTY-YPR SF overtook us at Patchur
