Now that I have spent some time on this site, I want to make a few suggestions:
1) Members less than the age of 18 should not be considered for admin posts.This is for than own good.Also sometimes the elders may use them as a tool to promote venom. It is not these kids fault because one cant expect 14-15 year olds to behave maturely and independently. Above all, from their studies point of view, they should not be made an admin.
2) There should also be a policy to limit browsing time...

3) When A thanks/agrees with B, B should know that A has thanked him. This will save a lot of forum space. and will adress the problem of under usauge of opinions.
4) A grievance redresal system directly under the moderator's guidance must be put in place.
5) many statistics values in a member and admin's profile may be done away with.
6)Also do away with admin recommendation for new batch of admins. Many time , the one who recommended comes and blows his trumpet in open and soon after. ''i am superior, you are inferior ''complex sets in. It also promotes group ism in such a manner that the new admins may always and blindly look up to the person who recommended him .
