i hv lodged a tdr some 8 months back for passenger not travelled. since then called irctc 14 times, mailed them 24 times with my registered mail id. called zonal tdr refund section 7 times and mailed to tdrprocess, tdrrefund some 20+ times. what should i do next to get my refund back?

me ek bar paper me padha tha ke JP ke ek restaurant ke staff ne customer ke 50paisa wapas karne se mana kia tha nd customer ne consumer forum me unpe case kar dia nd 1year baad faisla aya ke restaurant walo ko 2lac. Dna padga us customer ko
