then it would be misutilized more than being utilized...aise hi irctc pe load kam nahi...most of us can still manage with 10 bookings a month for us and our family...but then agents would begin booking with personal id for tatkal and all...
yeah wo to pata hai.... but what if ur an frequent traveler..??
If u create another ID then it will lead to to cancellation of e-ticket and an appropriate legal action. :(
