I was thinking of a new LHB AC Duronto Train fromMAS to CBE which can run on Tri - Weekly Basis. possible this train?

no such rule , we can have two white elephants also on same route :P
Durontos are now past thing now. nomore durontos will be introduced.
An ONT duranto in this route is defintely profitable and will not be a WE..
New Delhi-Mumbai, New Delhi-Chennai, New Delhi-Bangalore, Mumbai-Howrah, etc... all big cities have only one connecting duronto.
