one more suggestion to improve railways financial health
Mamta banerjee had given freebies of free travel in ac class to all c&d grade employees this had lead to high waiting in 3A class.
Passengers were ready to pay but mamta was interested in giving freebies.
Now question is can railway board revert this decision.

C & D grup railway emps are allowed only once in year that too in 3A..

there are all kinds of discounts which can be rationalized and classified into max of 3-4 categories. I am sure, mango ppl seldom make use of these!!
