What is the difference between General & 2nd Sitting. The 2nd Sitting fare is more than general. Will I get Reservation on 2nd Sitting ? Can I book 2nd sitting ticket from irctc ?
2nd seating is 3+3 seating used in day trains which is Non-Ac-its the immediate next class to general and only reservation fees is difference between General and 2nd sitting. it canbe booked from irctc
2nd sitting is the non ac chair car. There is not much difference between 2nd sitting and gen sitting except that you have confirmed reservation in this. You can book your tickets from irctc.
general is without reservation , everyone will get into., you cant be secured for a seat.
2S is with reservation, your seat is secured., there are also chances that everyone will get into train...
