I have a wait listed sleeper class ticket of North East Express from Delhi Can I board the train in sleeper class. No matter I couldnot get seat/berth?

General Rules are:
No w/l ticket allowed to travel in AC coaches, its allowed in Sleeper class if only passenger's wish if no seat accommodated and only if he/she has a prs wl ticket only.
