thanks a lot for this info.......but I am keen to know if there is any schedule prepared by railway ministry. If there is any schedule one can demand the same under Right To Infornmation Act from railway ministry....but provided that if any schedule is prepared for starting dates of new trains.....
If you can let me know about schedule, I will try myself to get info from railway ministry under RTI.

seems that you are correct......but can I get information directly from railway ministry? or do they have same info as stated above?
