MY DREAM FOR IR....
1.IR should be primarily used for National links rather than short-distance connectivity.
2.The potential for pass revenue & goods revenue in Southern peninsular region & Northern heartland should be tapped to the max benefit of IR by expanding infrastructure accordingly.
3.Fancy ventures like that of Bullet trains should give way to Basic Rail infrastructure throughout the length & breadth of...

The suggestions made by U are, in principal,Agreeable. We really need to develop the Railway system for our country as a whole. Not on regional aspiration. Because any devlopment keeping the entire nation in view, will automatically improve Regional connectivity.
