what if a person doesn't have a id proof except d college id card n that too without any serial number,can't he book a tatkal ticket using that college id,will that be accepted

so now i think he can book a tatkal ticket using that college id (Government College) with roll no on it....and the roll no on it can be entered as serial no while booking
I think now a days college ID has roll numbers... I studied from 1988 to 1994. (PUC to Degree )
Only colleges run by government like iit,nit,etc id cards are allowed.If your clg is affiliated to some university you will have to show some proof of its affiliation.
its an Government collg only under Delhi University...id card has Delhi University embeded on it along with the name of the college
