How earning(from ticket fare) from a particular station in IR is calculated?

a) Is this 'total outgoing ticket fare' + 'total incoming ticket fare'?
b) If a journey ticket from station A to station B is booked from a PRS in station C, then will the earning go into the account of station C only?
