Hi, I have booked my up-down tickets from Howrah to Puri in November 2012 for a journey in march 2013. At that time, I was charged as per the old fares. Recently, there has been a change in the fare. Now, when I board tyhe train in march 2013, do I need to pay for the excess fare per passenger to the TTE? Or shall I be exempted for the same as my ticket was booked 4 months ago in the old fare era. Please advice.

but man the country can't get a better Finance Minister than P.Chidambaram & a better economist than P.M.Manmohan Singh & a better president than Shri Pranab Mukherjee,So why are u blaming the entire Congress Party for the fault of Pawan Bansal?Also Delhi cant get a better C.M. than Sheila Dikshit...SO I think you should vote for Congress only.
