New rail budget is coming shortly but last year declared budget rail puri bikaner still not running is it any hope for puri bikaner before declairing new rail budget?mohd.ali.mkn@gmail.com
generally pending trains are introduced before budget. but sometimes, a few lag behind and get cleared within a month or two after passing of budget...
The main reason for many trains not having been introduced so far is probably because, coaches have been assigned duties for ferrying Maha Kumbha pilgrims. Only after Maha Shivaratri, i think new trains will be introduced...
