I tried to book lower berth and specifically asked for lower berth option but system could not give LB even though 478 seats were available. So, PRS clerk can do some help in this regard?

so booked PRS ticket today and even they could not give Lower berth. hence booked SLB.

IRCTC pe forced LB option me kuch nahi mila. paise kat chuke hain or 4 din ho gaye abhi tak wapas nahi aye.
