why cstm-hwh mail via ald and mahanagri exp running more than 11hrs late?

Bot the pairing trains got terribly delayed due to the ALD tragedy few days back. Now, the delay got extended and carried forward with every trip.
Sad to see my most fav. train of IR in such a bad mess :(
