Can we have a column in "Trains" colunm (Create Train) so can we create our own Dream Train Timetable and the members can rate it with stars but limit is 1 trains per month

not required.. Well we have already so many trains to dicuss.. well dream trains are always a dream. Becoz railways never implements them.. So not needed..
