I marked a mail to GM NWR containing suggestions with respect to increasing the services to Jodhpur, electrification and doubling of tracks on 31st Jan 2013. I was surprised to get a systematic revert from the electrical deptt of NWR for my request to electrify the jodhpur-ahmedabad and jodhpur-phulera routes. Pls find attached the PDF file containing the revert. The reply says that the for Jodhpur-Marwar Jn., the proposal would be sent as per instructions from Railway Board, while Marwar-Palanpur route cost cum feasibility report for electrification has already been sent to the Railway Board on 8 Nov 2011 as part of Rewari-Reengus-Phulera-Palanpur electrification proposal.
