My residence at Greater Noida, Gautam Budh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, which has facility of Railway Reservation Counter with 2 counters, most of the when I visit this center for change of Boarding Point, they simply say Chief is not there? which create a lot of problem, as there is no other nearby center, pls suggest where to raise such issue.
