How does one approach to order in case that it is available??

You mean chinese?...Maybe they have a prefixed rate chart for that.Because it doesnot come in regular Menu that is served by default.So you have to pay and buy the food platewise as per applied rate.Thank you

Food charges are already included but still separate payment for Duronto also?.....
You advised earlier that Continental/Chinese are served in all classes.......subject to availability, so why cannot one opt for them in lieu of the regular menu served?
How to know the rate chart/charges for these foods for AC classes, as passengers are paying higher fare...especially 2AC & 1AC

Sir, I said about Continental that it is an option in regular Food that is served and about Chinese I clearly said I have no idea and never advised that its a part of regul;ar menu.Sorry for wrong convey of my intended info.Chinese is what you have to buy based on availability and your requirement as per prefixed price and shall not be excghanged for your regular food that they will serve.The food amount is included for regular meals Continental/Indian and not Chinese.Thank you
