But the train service is very poor . .
6 exp train only , 3 MG intercity & 1 MG overnight with SL towards Dhaka , 2 MG intercity towards chitagong.
Though it is one of the big station of BD.

sir, their is only metre guage rail lines at sylhet ?
yesterday i read that dual guage still in use in most of routes of bangladesh rail network.

Dual guage is only Dhaka - Iswardi sec ( start operating after 2006 ), as west part of bd has some BG track made by british to conncet with kol ,
