rail minister proposed to introduce new accident relief train with speeds of 160-200 kmph.....ON WHICH TRACKS WILL HE RUN THEM ?

this is the height of LOLism........most the tracks here cannot sustain speeds of 120 kmph +....imagine an urgent essential and high priority train like an accident relief van running at 160 kmph....
