I do not know about 19051 Shramik Express, but I can say that 11104 BDTS Jhansi Express is not useful for Gwalior/Jhansi people. There are many trains on the other route which are faster than this.
This train takes more than 24 hours between Jhansi and Mumbai while Punjab Mail takes around 19 hours and other trains also take similar time.
