It seems Railway Authority don't want learn any lesson to previous accidents which caused many times in the past to last minute change in platform.
On 1st March 2013 - I was at NDLS to attend 12313, till 10:15 it was confirmed that it will arrive at PF 14, display boards were showing coach details, suddenly at 10:16 it was announced that it will arrive at PF 13, and all coolie who were at PF 14 started moving very fast to PF 13 by crossing open railway track, luckly there was no train movement at time in between PF 13 to PF 14, else its an open invitation to accidents. This should not be done. The platform of a train should be changed with a prior notice of about 45-60 mins.
