So this is what the IRI admins.have come down to. Someone posts a topic that can be used for the upliftment of the forum and it gets archived blindly without thinking even for a moment. And the reason given is that it hurts the sentiments of a few members... Great!

see , there is no point discussing these topics.. we should discuss more of ir , and various aspects of it rather than discussing members/admins ... if we discuss ir then we can send suggestions to railway board to improve and that will benefit all.
