Good news for Kerala (??)
As per the Malayalam TV/Newspaper reports, yesterday our Defence minister A K Antony had met Railway Minister P K Bansal to inform him about the feeling of Kerala being neglected in the Rail Budget. As per the reports, RM had promised him to look into this issue and take steps to set it right. Also it was reported that it was at the insistence of A K Antony, RM had met the Members of Parliament from Kerala on 28th. The MPs expect some new announcements for Kerala when the Budget comes up for discussion in the House, later this week.

It is nothing that after budget,announcements are made but they are restricted to the RM's place or state mostly.
if train from kerala goes to north then sure cdg/rai barelly if not to east to hwh/src
