when is the chart prepared for an express train?
are there any chances for seats after chart preparation?

Charts prepared around 3-4 hours before departure time.
Seats can be availed on board if available by approaching the TTE, but please remember to take journey ticket with superfast charges(if needed) before boarding the train.
