RailFans never grow old

Requesting opinions of all:
I understand there would'nt be any requisite whatsoever for being a railfan. But i wanted to collect a general opinion on what makes a railfan, possessing what characteristic should a person likely be called a railfan and how to identify if he is one.

He/She would be arguing and discussing on trains in general like a concerned Indian, however he becomes far wilder in defending his own region's rail initiatives and justifying them.
2. He/She would be interested in rail photos, not random ones like click ten and keep one but would basically associate himself with the art of Photographing trains and their serene background.
3. Technically sound on Rail technologies and understands the working of technical aspects of Indian Railways, atleast to his extent possible and is forever eager to learn more.
4. Outgoing character who would most likely spend more time traveling and prefer a out of door life.
5. Loves travelling, Interacting with people.
6. Worships anything on wheels.
