its a good website, if i write any request is it sending to official authority of rail?
shipa ex. should have pantry. also its should have meintain its time shidule. already its have much more timings.for 1754 km. running it takes 32 hrs.

Well, you could go to the official IR website and register a complaint in 'Vox Populi' section over there.Chances are that it won't work and even if does work, no action will be taken..
If you can spell out what your complaint is about, maybe I can get you the right address.

my complain is about shipra express. i request to rail authority to add a panty car in this train. and it should maintain the time shidule.
if possible a make a form or cell . like this site . genuine complainants of passenger send to rly official on behalf of passenger.
