No, This is seen mostly with AJJ locos-WAM-4 & WAP-1. RPM/ED WAP-4 is also used sometimes. However Chennai Mysore Shadabdi has been spotted with Lallaguda WAP-7.
WAP-7 is still on trial runs between chennai and bangalore-it is LGD WAP-7 which enters Chennai being used for the same-we have to see which train gets it once the trial is completed
