A 79 year old hearing impared person wearing green tee shirt who is from Kerla and cannot speak Hindi is travelling alone from Allahabad Kumbh Mela to Ernakulam, and will need help for train change at Itarsi.

As soon I saw this I soon Googl'ed for any nearby number I would get for help. I got this and I posted. Due to an urgent preoccupation I had to rush there and could not help more.
