can anyone tell the difference between technical halts of duronto and normal halts of rajdhani?
I mean people aren't allowed to climb down on any platform?

Technical halts: These are meant for crew change, loading food, water, etc. People can get down from their coaches to stretch their legs (and of course, board back their coach)!! :)
But you cannot book tickets and BOARD THE TRAIN from here. You can however, DEBOARD but after paying full fare.

No difference. People are allowed to climb down on any pf and if its their destination, they can even go home. Only difference is they have to buy end to end ticket.

Technical halts are meant for the railway people like the loco pilots to change duties etc.No commercial bookings are allowed.You can get down on the platform for a technical halt but you cannot book ticket from or to a technical halt.Normal halts are commercial halts as well where you can book a ticket for that particular train.Durontos have only technical halts.
