You cant.Text as per Mr Jindal,the owner of the picture( from Flickr page )says GZB WAP5 30037 is proceeding to PF to Haul 12951.
I reproduce the text for info.
GZB WAP5#30025 comes and waits for its turn to haul 12953 A.K Rajdhani Express while GZB WAP7#30251 waits to haul INDB bound Avantika Express while on right side GZB WAP5#30037 proceeds to pf3 and will haul 12951 Mumbai Rajdhani Express
