Bhopal Shatabdi: chalti hai ek dum hawa ke mafik, speed aisi ke ruka de traffic - Varun

I do not know if any one has really seen this train travelling above 120+ Km/Hr... All videos in You tube for this train shows speed of 100+ something in high speed zone between Howrah to Khana Jn. As a matter of fact it has a unscheduled halt before entering Dankuni Jn and before Bardhaman Jn [Going towards NJP] which is around 5 - 10 min... Rest from Dankuni to Bardhaman it goes with a modest speed... I think its nothing more being a Shatabdi with WDP 4B/4D engine and LHB rake... Even Patna Jan Shatabdi which has close timing schedule with this train. runs with same speed as this train and gets more priority then this train...

High speed actions in High speed zone from Howrah towards Bardhaman via Dankuni is good for premium train like Rajdhani & Duronto for Delhi route... Rest as the track is good overall train runs at modest speed if not given an unscheduled halt...
I have travelled in this train but not seen any high speed action...
