I had booked the tickets online through net banking for JANESHWARI EXPRESS (train no. 12101) from mumbai to kolkata on 22.03.2013 at 10.00 am. The ticket was not booked but my balance was debited from my account. can you please refund it.
we cannot refund ur amt here.....wait for 3-4 days it will be credited to your account automatically if your transaction failed...!!!
The amount should get credited back to your account within 3-4 days...
