Why not IR increases AC3 coach extra in 12703/12704? Because every time it is having high WL in AC.
This train is already running with 24 coaches to accommodate extra AC coach they have to remove SL or UR coach which cannot be done that easily...Otherwise only last option would be to remove Pantry car..
Thank you sir :) removing pantry car will not be good option :( so have to deal with 2 AC3 coaches only.
