from 27 th march to 31march full week holiday for holi and good friday.
in such rush kolkata to njp all trains are fully reserved,not even ac first class available.
I went to PRs counter to book ticket from sdah to njp in any night train for 26 th march jouney in ac 3 for 4 people.

finally at 10.30 I got 4 confirmed ticket in day train kanchunjungha from sealdah to njp.
Condition is so worse that even hwh njp spcl with ac chaie car are not allowing a berth within 10.30.
Maximum people returned back being disspointment.
Darjeeling Mail,Padathik,Kanchankanya,Uttarbanga ,Kamrup all are showing tatkal WL of upto 24 for DM ,and WL for Padathik kamrup uttarbanga.
if a people paying 200 rs extra bein in line in PRs ffrom 8.30 then whats the meaning of tatkal?
Railways should run more spcial trains or should attach more AC ,sleeper coach to those hot spot travel destination.
For West Bengal from Kolkata
it is very hard to get tatkal ticket in such vacation time to place like New jalpaiguri,Rampurhat and Bolpur.
