I am travelling from AMBUR (AB) to TIRUCHCHIRAPALI (TPJ). But there is no direct train.
I used to reserve train from AB to ERODE JN (ED).
In ERODE JN (ED), I have to stay in queue and get the passenger ticket from ERODE JN (ED) to TIRUCHCHIRAPALI (TPJ).
But I don't have time to buy tikect in ERODE JN (ED) because my passenger...

i also face this kind of problem frequently.lets wait to see if anybody knows it.
not possible from irctc. try booking from prs with the following-
ab to tpj with resvn upto ed...in that case u can travel in any m/e/passenger from ed to tpj and need not book separately for the second part...
